About us
TTOM is an independent SME created in 1990 by Philippe CARTON, whose head office is located in Grand-Couronne (76) in the Rouen Vallée de Seine Logistique port area (HAROPA Seine axis, Paris-Rouen – Le Havre).
Market leader in the French overseas territories
Historically, TTOM is positioned as one of the leaders (export) on the DROM market with its own network of agencies in each overseas department.
TTOM has diversified by developing a maritime import activity from Asian countries to Europe and the French overseas territories (cross trades)
Since the implementation of BREXIT, we also deploy our customs representation activity on all border crossings with the UK.
TTOM is present in mainland France and also in its own name in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana and Reunion.
TTOM has been working for more than 20 years in partnership with Asia to monitor and ensure operations on site through the largest ports such as Shenzhen, Shanghai or Hong Kong
Since the Brexit, TTOM can help you with your customs formalities with the United Kingdom, via numerous entry points such as Calais, Dunkirk, Dieppe, Rouen, Caen/Ouistreham or Cherbourg.
