En application de la loi Avenir Professionnel, notre société publie son index « Égalité femmes/hommes » aboutissant à une note de 91 points sur 100.

Notre note se décompose de la façon suivante :                                                                                                          

1. Écart de rémunération entre les femmes et les hommes (31/40 points)
2. Écart de répartition des augmentations individuelles (35/35 points)
3. Pourcentage de salariés ayant bénéficié d’une augmentation dans l’année suivant leur retour de congé maternité (15/15 points)
4. Parité parmi les plus hautes rémunérations (10/10 points)

Objective: Equip 10% of ships with a sail by 2030

The idea is not new, but had never seen the light of day. Today it is a French start-up that wants this innovation to see the light of day. Airseas plans to install a 1000m2 sail, held by a cable 400m in front of the ship, in order to reduce the consumption of ships. This sail would save up to 20% of fuel.  A prototype, with a smaller sail, is already at sea on an Airbus cargo ship.
