However, due to the structure of our workforce and the criteria defined by regulations, some indicators cannot be calculated.
As a result, we cannot give an overall score for this index.
The indicators are broken down as follows:
- Gender pay gap (not calculable)
- Gap in the distribution of individual pay rises (25/35 points)
- Percentage of employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave (0/10 points)
- Parity among top earners (10/10 points).
